Two years in the making, Brixx is a 12-unit, boutique townhouse development in downtown Kelowna, with each three-bedroom residence designed to balance contemporary refinement with a sense of warmth and ease.
The Spotted Frog developed two distinct kitchen schemes for the project. In the most popular version, warm, grey-washed oak flooring is echoed in a dramatic inset ceiling detail, creating a strong architectural connection between the surfaces. Subtle layers of neutral texture, grounded by generous amounts of crisp white, keep the interiors feeling fresh and modern while maintaining an inviting sense of warmth.
In the kitchen, integrated appliance panels and a waterfall quartz countertop create a seamless, elevated aesthetic, while a dedicated wine bar offers a fitting nod to the project’s location in the heart of British Columbia’s wine country.
The result is a thoughtfully layered interior that brings quiet luxury to urban Okanagan living, balancing clean contemporary lines with natural materials and understated warmth.
