DECORATING PACKAGES

Are you looking to invest in new furniture and accessories for that high-end, polished and professional look for you home? We offer comprehensive and detailed designs in three starting packages. Invest any one of Interior Design Packages and you are au­tomatically enrolled into our Client Discount Program. This enrollment means we extend 20% OFF* on all regular priced items at The Spotted Frog which helps offset your design fees so you can be confident that you’re not making any costly mistakes. Your membership is valid for 3 months from the date of your interior design presentation.

THE BEDROOM OR DINING ROOM PACKAGE
$1,000 + GST

UP TO 1.0 HOUR ASSESSMENT

Initial on-site consultation to assess your needs and record room dimensions.

COLOUR PALETTE

Depending on the flexibility of the space, 2 colour palettes will be created.

SPECIFICATION BOOKLET

A detailed specification booklet illustrating images, dimensions and prices of all applicable furniture, area rugs, large scale wall decor and large scale accessories will be provided for review.

UP TO 1.0 HOUR PRESENTATION

In store presentation of your interior design package.  If available, applicable samples of finishes and materials of the furniture, large scale accessories, area rugs and wall coverings will be provided for review.

UP TO 1.0 HOUR SUPPORT

After the date of your presentation, your designer will continue to offer support via email, telephone and scheduled in-store meetings.  Any additional support time required over the allotted one hour will be automatically billed at at the current hourly rate, in 15 minute increments and invoiced weekly.

*Based on average size bedrooms or dining rooms that do not require 2D CAD drawings for layouts.  If your space is larger, or requires more furniture, please contact us for an accurate quote.

THE LIVING ROOM OR FAMILY ROOM PACKAGE
$1,500 + GST

UP TO 1.0 HOUR ASSESSMENT

Initial on-site consultation to assess your needs and record room dimensions.

2D COMPUTER AIDED FURNITURE LAYOUT

Depending on the flexibility of the space, 2-3 furniture layouts will be created with maximum dimensions of all furniture, area rugs and large scale accessories.

COLOUR PALETTE

Depending on the flexibility of the space, 2 colour palettes will be created.

SPECIFICATION BOOKLET

A detailed specification booklet illustrating images, dimensions and prices of all applicable furniture, area rugs, impact chandeliers/pendant lighting, floor lamps, table lamps, wall decor, wall coverings and accessories will be provided for review.

In store presentation of your interior design package.  If available, applicable samples of finishes and materials of furniture, area rugs, large scale wall decor and accessories will be provided for review.

THE GREAT ROOM PACKAGE –
OPEN CONCEPT LIVING ROOM & DINING ROOM OR FAMILY ROOM & KITCHEN EATING AREA:
$2,250 + GST

UP TO 1.5 HOUR ASSESSMENT

After the date of your presentation, your designer will continue to offer support via email, telephone and scheduled in-store meetings.  Any additional support time required over the allotted one hour will be automatically billed at the current hourly rate, in 15 minute increments and invoiced weekly.

ADDITIONAL FEES

FEES FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES & TRAVEL TIME:

An hourly rate will apply for any additional interior design services that are not included in the packages such as construction drawings and finishing selection for fireplace remodels, millwork installations, or built-in cabinetry. Sourcing product solutions at other retailers or providing consultation support above the stated amount of time per package via on-site and in-store visits, email or phone correspondence will be billed in 15 minute increments.

For any travel outside of the Richmond zone, an additional charge of the hourly rate will be added. Travel time is calculated as the amount of time it takes to travel by car from The Spotted Frog to your location on a round trip basis.

The Spotted Frog fees are based on the time spent offering professional interior design advice regardless if the Client applies it or not.
