ADDITIONAL FEES
FEES FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES & TRAVEL TIME:
An hourly rate will apply for any additional interior design services that are not included in the packages such as construction drawings and finishing selection for fireplace remodels, millwork installations, built-in cabinetry or construction support. Provided consultation support above the stated amounts per package via on-site and in-store visits, email or phone correspondence will be billed in 15 minute increments.
For any travel outside of the Richmond zone, an additional charge of the hourly rate will be added. Travel time is calculated as the amount of time it takes to travel by car from The Spotted Frog to your location on a round trip basis.
The Spotted Frog fees are based on the time spent offering professional interior design advice regardless if the Client applies it or not.
CLIENT DISCOUNT PROGRAM
Invest any one of our interior design packages and you are automatically enrolled into our Client Discount Program. This enrollment means we extend 20% OFF* on your all regular priced items at The Spotted Frog which helps offset your design fees so you can be confident that you’re not making any costly mistakes. Your membership is valid for 3 months from the date of your interior design presentation.
