ONLINE HOME DECOR ORDERS

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME FOR MY ONLINE ORDER?

We ship within 4 business days assuming the item(s) of your order is in-stock.  Should your order contain a combination of in-stock and out of stock items, your order will ship out once all your items are in-stock.  If you would like your in-stock items to come first, a split-ship fee will apply to have your order sent out in multiple parcels. You will receive an email confirmation once we have shipped your order (please check your junk/spam folder).

During sales and promotions, orders will be subject to a longer processing and shipping time.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time, we only ship select accessories within Canada.

CAN I PICK-UP MY ORDER IN STORE?

Yes! A contactless, curbside pickup option is available at the checkout once the shipping section has been filled out.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER IS AVAILABLE FOR IN STORE PICK-UP?

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pick up. Please check your junk/spam folder.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME TO PICK-UP MY ORDER IN-STORE?

Please bring your order confirmation email or show us a digital copy on your device.

WHY IS FURNITURE NOT AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE ONLINE?

The majority of our furniture are proudly Canadian made, hand crafted custom pieces which means we have endless options for you to select from.  To ensure you understand our extensive choices, we require you to visit us in store so an experienced sales consultant can review with you all your options and varying lead times for each manufacturer.

WHY ARE PRICES NOT AVAILABLE ON YOUR CUSTOM FURNITURE?

The majority of our furniture are proudly Canadian made, hand crafted custom pieces which means we have endless options for you to select from.  Depending on the materials selected and dimensions, the final prices of each custom furniture will differ.  To ensure you understand our extensive choices, we require you to visit us in store so an experienced sales consultant can review with you all your options and varying lead times for each manufacturer.

DO YOU OFFER MORE SELECTION ONLINE OR IN STORE?

Our 2,100 square foot brick and mortar store showcases only a curated collection of what is shown online.   Our online store showcases a larger collection but as we have access to hundreds of suppliers the best approach is to contact us with your needs.

DO YOU OFFER FURNITURE DELIVERY?

We offer white glove delivery service for an additional fee through a third party company for furniture orders within the Greater Vancouver Area in British Columbia.

CAN I PICK UP MY FURNITURE ORDER DIRECTLY FROM THE STORE?

If you purchased a display model, then yes you can pick up your order directly from the store. We will shrink wrap your display model for safe transport.  To ensure your furniture gets home safely, please bring another person to assist you as The Spotted Frog will not be responsible for loading your vehicle.

If your furniture is a local special or custom order, the pick-up location will be at our supplier’s warehouse (not at our store).
