RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

 

Not a perfect fit for you?  Not to worry, here’s how you can return your item(s):

 

BY MAIL FOR REGULAR PRICE ACCESSORIES

 

 

All regular priced accessories can be returned for a full refund in the method of payment issued within 7 days of receiving your purchase with the original receipt. All merchandise must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Please carefully pack up the the item(s) and purchase a return label from the shipping carrier of your choice. A refund will be issued once we’ve received the item back and inspected the pieces to ensure the condition has not been compromised.  Please note that sale items with a discount of greater than 20% Off, special orders, and shipping/handling fees are final sale and non-refundable.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

 

 

Final Sale items that cannot be returned or exchanged and considered a FINAL SALE include: Gift certificates, shipping/handling fees, delivery/assembly fees, items discounted more than 20% off, special/custom orders and all furniture.

 

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS

 

 

Within 7 days of receiving your item(s), please email us a photo of the defective/damaged item(s) to [email protected] to start a Claim process for the item(s). Depending on the case, we will issue a refund or a replacement.  Either a replacement or refund will be issued depending on the case.
